<p>A flat high-speed cable manufacturing method and a flat high-speed cable manufactured by using the method. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) manufacture of a semi-finished flat high-speed cable to be processed: 1.1) pressing middle layers, and 1.2) forming the semi-finished flat high-speed cable; 2) cable division: arranging a cable diving apparatus, and dividing the semi-finished flat high-speed cable into two halves of cable symmetrical to each other; 3) cable combination: arranging a cable combination apparatus, and combining the two halves of cable symmetrical to each other into a circular cable split symmetrically; and 4) cable stranding: stranding the combined circular cable to form a flat high-speed cable stranded by two halves of cable. The manufacturing method is reliable in principle, high in efficiency and low in cost. By means of the cable dividing apparatus and the cable combining apparatus, the flat high-speed cable with high performance and high quality is manufactured by using steps of cable arrangement, division, combination and stranding and the like.</p> |
