PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability of a short circuit between terminals, in a display device to which an IC driver is connected by COG.SOLUTION: In the terminal area of a TFT substrate 100, the terminal connected to the IC driver is formed. The terminal comprises a terminal metal 60, a first through-hole formed in a first insulating film 107, a second through-hole formed in a second insulating film 109, a first ITO 20 formed in the first through-hole and coming into contact with the terminal metal 60, and a second ITO 30 formed on the first ITO 20. The second ITO 30 is formed in a part being in contact with the first ITO 20, but not formed outside the second through-hole. Thus, a distance between the ITOs of the adjacent terminals is made larger, to reduce the probability of the short circuit between the terminals. |
