PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging system, capable of enhancing an image quality.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus having a plurality of unit cells is provided. The imaging apparatus includes: a first conductive member electrically connected to a plurality of gates of a first transfer transistor; a second conductive member electrically connected to a plurality of gates of a second transfer transistor; a third conductive member which is disposed on the same wiring layer of the first conductive member and adjoins to the first conductive member, and which electrically connects each node included in each of the plurality of unit cells; and a fourth conductive member disposed on the same wiring layer of the second conductive member and adjoining to the second conductive member. The facing lengths of the first and the third conductive members are longer than those of the second and the fourth conductive members. The relationship between: a width W1 of the first conductive member; an interval D1 between the first and the third conductive members; a width W2 of the second conductive member; and an interval D2 between the second and the fourth conductive members, satisfies W1×D1>W2×D2. |
