PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood evacuation facility which enables a floating body to smoothly float along a guide column section by curbing an inclination of the floating body.SOLUTION: A flood evacuation facility 1, provided with an evacuation deck 10 capable of floating along with an increase in a water level, comprises: a guide column section 2 which is fixed to the ground and vertically extended; a lower frame 3 with a plurality of support columns 5, which are installed on the ground and vertically extended, arranged around the guide column section 2; and an upper frame 4 which is arranged on the lower frame 3, has a plurality of vertically extended support columns 6 and is provided with a through-hole where the guide column section 2 is inserted therethrough. The upper frame 4 has a lower float 7 arranged at a side of the lower frame 3 and an upper float which is supported from underneath by the plurality of support columns 6 and arranged with a distance above the lower float 7. |
