<p>A mobile communication system in which, when obtaining the transmission rate of data transmission to a mobile station, a base station obtains the transmission rate using one of a plurality of calculation formulae, wherein the base station obtains the mobile station on the basis of a calculation formulae that is the same, with certainty, as that used by the base station. The mobile station obtains a CQI on the basis of higher-order layer control information notified from the base station.</p> |
