The invention relates to a treatment element (30, 30', 30", 30"') for use together with a dental implant part (2) introduced into the jawbone of a patient and a treatment system (90) comprising such a treatment element (30, 30', 30", 30"') to a method by which the treatment element (30, 30', 30", 30"') can be employed particularly favourably.
