摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium measurement method which involves observing a lithium reagent composition used as a chromogenic reaction test solution visually or using a chromatometer.SOLUTION: A method of measuring lithium involves: bringing a subject under test into contact with a lithium reagent composition which is an aqueous solution containing a compound represented by a structural formula below, which is tetraphenylporphyrin whose hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atoms thereof are all substituted by fluorine atoms, a pH modifier, and a pH buffer; irradiating the reaction solution with white light or exposing the reaction solution to light; and then detecting distinct change in color of the reaction solution visually or simply using a chromatometer. The subject under test can be a biological sample including blood serum and plasma, or an environmental sample.
