PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage mechanism and a massage machine having a simple structure, capable of achieving a massaging operation similar to manual massaging, and easily achieving, for each product, a massaging trajectory intended by a designer.SOLUTION: A massage mechanism 9 includes a pair of left/right arms 34 having therapeutic elements 35; a massaging shaft 32 that eccentrically rotates using a horizontal direction as an axial direction and causes the arms 34 to generate massaging operation; first shafts A1 that support the arms 34 swingably in the horizontal direction, with the horizontal direction defined as an axial direction; and second shafts A2 that support the arms 34 swingably in the vertical direction, with the longitudinal direction defined as an axial direction. |
