PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle capable of achieving a low resistance reliably even when pressure-connected under a low pressure, and an anisotropic conductive material using it.SOLUTION: A conductive fine particle comprises resin particles and at least one conductive metal layer formed on the surface of the resin particles. The number average particle size of the resin particles is 8-50 μm; the compression elasticity modulus when the diameter of the resin particles varies by 10% is 100-3,000 N/mm; and there is a compressibility ratio giving an after-compression recovery factor of 0.0% when the after-compression recovery factor is measured in a range of compressibility ratios of 10-60% of the diameter.
