METHOD FOR ARCHIVING CULTURAL PROPERTY DATA, ARCHIVE SYSTEM, AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an archive method which can integrally manage various data obtained by researchers of the cultural properties in investigations.SOLUTION: Pieces of data related to specific cultural properties are stored in a plurality of databases 7 which are disposed on Internet 2 in a distributed manner. The respective databases 7 are controlled by a plurality of data servers 6 connected to the Internet 2, and a space information database 4 which is a relational database is controlled by an information management server 3 connected to the network 2. Respective layers of the space information database 4 store addresses of the data servers 6 connected to the respective databases 7 and pieces of data indicating storage places of the pieces of data related to the specific cultural properties in the respective databases 7. The pieces of data stored in the respective layers are associated with each other by using pieces of position information indicating spatial positions as keys.
