<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for obtaining a good tomographic image equivalent to an X-ray image obtained by intraoral X-ray photography.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing apparatus 1 includes: a turning arm 30 for supporting an X-ray generator 10a and an X-ray detector 21, in a state that they are faced with each other across a head M10; and a moving mechanism 200 including a turning part 201 for turning the turning arm 30 around the head M10 using a pivot 31 as the central axis and a moving part 202 for relatively moving the turning arm 30 around the head M10 in a direction perpendicular to the pivot 31. The X-ray photographing apparatus also includes: an image processing part 801b for creating an X-ray image based on an electric signal output by the X-ray detector 21; a photographing region designation part 610 for designating a part of a tooth row along a dental arch 90 as a pseudo-intraoral photographing region; and an X-ray formation mechanism 13 for relatively changing an irradiation direction of X-ray to the head M10 in regard to the axial direction of a body axis MX1.</p> |
