<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional semiconductor device has a large circuit scale of a spread clock generation circuit for generating a spread spectrum clock including spread spectrum.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a selector 12 that selects one clock of a multiple clock MC generated from an input signal of embedded clock system and outputs the selected clock as spread clock SSC, in accordance with a selection signal SC specifying an input port number; and a selector control circuit 14 that counts an edge number of the spread clock SSC to generate a count value, and changes over the input port number specified by the selection signal SC in accordance with the count value.</p> |
