The present invention relates to a method for producing a super absorbent polymer. Provided according to the present invention is a method which can improve the dispersibility of a monomer composition containing an acrylic acid-based monomer by using a (meth)acrylated polyalkylene glycol in the production of the super absorbent polymer and, at the same time, further improve the absorbent capacity, water holding capacity, and absorbency under pressure of the super absorbent polymer produced thereby.
