The device (1) has a driver connection (9) actively arranged between a component (2) e.g. primary flywheel mass, and another component (3) e.g. friction clutch. A connecting block (10) is guided between fastening lugs (12) of a fastening lug pair. Connecting units (13) are arranged tangential to a circumference of a pitch circle of the lug pair. The lugs are arranged at driver brackets (19) on an end side, where the brackets are axially elastic and rigid in a circumferential direction, and designed along a circumference of a driver sheet.
