PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glossy heat-shrinkable multilayer film excellent in terms of abrasion resistance and having a high transparency and to provide a method for manufacturing the heat-shrinkable multilayer film and a heat-shrinkable label using the heat-shrinkable multilayer film.SOLUTION: The provided heat-shrinkable multilayer film possesses (A) an abrasion-resistant layer, (B) a front surface layer including a polyester resin, (C) an intermediate layer including a polystyrene resin, and (D) a rear surface layer including a polyester resin in this order, whereas the abrasion-resistant layer (A) includes a urethane resin, a (meth)acrylic polymer, and a surfactant, whereas the content of the surfactant within the abrasion-resistant layer (A) with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the urethane resin and the (meth)acrylic polymer is 0.02 to 0.7 pt.wt. |
