PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire analysis device and a tire analysis system that can attain a highly accurate shape analysis.SOLUTION: A tire analysis device 4 performs prescribed tire analysis processing, using a tire image photographed by imparting a predetermined test condition to a test tire attached with an analysis grating face and subjected to binarization processing. The tire analysis device 4 comprises: a rotation angle calculation part 46 that calculates a tire rotation angle from a position of the analysis grating face in a first tire image to a position of the analysis grating face in a second tire image on the basis of the first tire image when the analysis grating face is present at any position in a tire peripheral direction and the second tire image when the analysis grating face is present at a predetermined reference position in the tire peripheral direction; and a rotation image generation part 47 that generates a rotation image having the first tire image rotated, using the tire rotation angle.
