PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) molded product which can reduce the occurrence of warpage of the SMC molded product and can enhance the strength, with the use of an SMC material having a resin compound rich part.SOLUTION: An SMC material 6 having a resin compound rich part on the width direction end is cut to be formed into a cut piece 30 having such a rectangular shape that each of the lengths of four sides is in a range of 35 mm or more and 105 mm or less in plan view. An SMC molded product is manufactured by stacking and molding a plurality of cutting pieces in a mold. |
