<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a valve element of a valve in a high-speed opening/closing action, to reduce the pressure of a working fluid or the power consumption, and to improve the durability of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A valve mechanism which constitutes a solenoid valve is provided with a diaphragm 60 which has a valve element 58 to be displaced axially through the excitation action of a solenoid part and is flexible between an annular groove 78 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the valve element 58 and a valve body. The diaphragm 60 freely flexes as the valve element 58 is displaced, and is provided with first to third projection parts 92, 94, and 96 at its inner edge part 88, the projection parts freely coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface 80, and a first wall surface 82 and a second wall surface 84 of the annular groove 78. Further, the inner edge part 88 is inserted slidably movably in the displacement direction of the valve element 58 in the annular groove 78.</p> |
