<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door cleaner of a coke oven which can reduce running cost and failure rate and can remove affix of an internal upper part, a side part and a lower part of a furnace cover.SOLUTION: A door cleaner 10 of a coke oven comprises: a move carriage 15 moving to a vertical direction along an inner face of a furnace cover 11 being removed from a throat and standing on a placing point on a coke oven working vehicle; a first fitting shaft 16 and a second fitting shaft 17 which is comprised to both of right and left sides of the move carriage 15 and a central axis direction is at right angles to the inner face of the standing furnace cover 11; a first arm member 18 and a second arm member 19 attached to the first fitting shaft 16 and the second fitting shaft 17 rotatably; driving means 20 connecting the first arm member 18 and the second arm member 19, and synchronizing and making the first arm member 18 and the second arm member 19 rotating symmetrically each other; and blowout nozzle means 21, 21a, 22 and 22a provided at tips of the first arm member 18 and the second arm member 19 respectively, and removing affix by jetting high pressure water to the affix of a gas canal 12 and the side of a refractory member 13.</p> |
