<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a system which acquires an event occurring in service by polling while maintaining real-time properties of event acquisition by polling.SOLUTION: An event acquisition control method of a system comprising a request device which requests service to be executed, a service execution device executing the requested service through a network, and an event acquisition device requesting an event occurring through the execution of the service to be acquired includes: a determination process in which determination means determines whether the request device is in operation to request the service to be executed; and an interval setting process in which interval setting means sets an interval for the event acquisition device to acquire the event shorter, when it is determined in the determination process that the operation is in progress, than when it is determined that the operation is not in progress.</p> |
