Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method, device, and base station for interference cancellation. The method is for use on an uplink dedicated channel in a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access system and comprises: acquiring to-be-cancelled original antenna sampling data; performing a multipath energy calculation on the basis of the original antenna sampling data, and determining multiple pieces of target multipath latency information on the basis of the calculation result; performing a signal reconstruction in the uplink dedicated channel on the basis of the original antenna data and of the target multipath latency information to acquire a reconstructed signal; and, cancelling the reconstructed signal in the original antenna sampling data to acquire target antenna data. The present invention provides interference cancellation for uplink dedicated channels.
