PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for predicting the onset of drug-induced interstitial lung diseases (DI-ILD), more specifically, to provide a marker for a prediction inspection of the onset of DI-ILD.SOLUTION: Risk of the onset of DI-ILD can be predicted by detecting a specific HLA allele which is a human leukocyte antigen, namely HLA-A*31:01. A patient that has highly possibility to develop DI-ILD can be specified by detecting the HLA allele, namely HLA-A*31:01, specified by an inspection method of the present invention as a marker, in patients that have diseases to be administered a pharmaceutical agent that may induce interstitial lung diseases. Thereby, the specified patient that has high possibility to develop DI-ILD can obtain an opportunity to select and determine administration of a pharmaceutical agent that hardly induces interstitial lung diseases and a treatment plan. |
