PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide favorable technology for reducing variations in voltages supplied to plural drive sections for discharging liquid.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device for controlling liquid discharge comprises: a power terminal; an earth terminal; plural drive sections for discharging liquid arranged along a straight line between the power terminal and the earth terminal; a power wiring which extends along the straight line from the power terminal and supplies power voltage to the plural drive sections; and an earth wiring which extends along the straight line from the earth terminal and supplies earth voltage to the plural drive sections. In an area where the plural drive sections are arranged, a width of the power wiring in a direction orthogonal to the straight line becomes narrower continuously or step-by-step as becoming more distant from the power terminal, and, in the area, a width of the earth wiring in the direction becomes narrower continuously or step-by-step as becoming more distant from the earth terminal. |
