<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechatronic drive unit capable of attaining downsizing.SOLUTION: The mechatronic drive unit comprises a stator (4) including a cylindrical stator core (14), a back yoke (19), and teeth (15A-15F) protruding an inner circumferential direction of the stator core (14). Portions (20A-20F) of the back yoke (19) are shorter in an axial direction of the stator core (14) than the remaining portions of the back yoke (19), and power modules (61A-61F) formed from semiconductor devices (63A, 64A, 73A, 74A, 83A, 84A) each including at least a switching function are provided in the short back yoke portions (20A-20F).</p> |
