PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict measurement error caused by non-uniformity in temperature of fuel within a closed container.SOLUTION: A volume modulus of fuel is calculated in reference to a pressure and a temperature in a closed container 1 filled with fuel, a pressure variation within the closed container 1 due to fuel injection from an injection nozzle 2 into the closed container 1 is measured, and an injection amount and injection rating of fuel are measured in reference to the measured pressure variation and the volume modulus. A rotary blade 16 fixed to a rotating shaft 15 bearing supported in the closed container 1 in a rotatable manner is arranged in the inner space 11 of the closed container 1. The rotating shaft 15 and the rotary blade 16 are rotated by a motor installed outside the closed container 1 through a magnet coupling to agitate the fuel within the closed container 1 and then its temperature is unified. |
