PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foam, which has excellent flexibility, can suppress or inhibit foam breakage when peeling the resin from a carrier tape, and has superior processability when held by a carrier tape, transportability, and assemblability.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin foam wherein composition of a whole resin is the same from surface to inside, 60° glossiness (based on JIS Z 8741) of the surface is between 1.5 and 15, 25% compression load(based on JIS K 6767) is between 0.05 N/cmand 2.00 N/cm, a resin which constitutes the resin foam contains a thermoplastic resin, and is formed via a step of impregnating a resin composition with a high pressure gas, followed by pressure reduction. |
