The present invention relates to an organic semiconductor compound for an organic electronic device such as organic thin film transistors (OTFTs), and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a synthesis of a naphthalene diimide polymer as a novel organic semiconductor compound through copolymerization between a naphthalene diimide derivative and a compound of an electron donor and an electron acceptor; and an organic semiconductor device using the same as an organic semiconductor layer.
