The present invention relates to an advertising banner holder for indoor/outdoor advertisement, and more particularly, to an advertising banner holder in which a light-emitting means is mounted onto the back surface of the advertising bill held by the holder so as to emit light and improve the visibility in nighttime and increase advertising effects. Generally, advertising banner holders easily installed in an indoor or outdoor space have drawbacks in that a separate lighting device is not provided to the holders, and thus, the advertisement cannot be seen on cloudy days or in nighttime, which disables the function of the advertising banner holders. Accordingly, the advertising banner holder of the present invention is configured such that two poles having insertion protrusions with bent ends for inserting and fixing an advertising bill are arranged into a cross shape, a fixing pole for supporting the poles on the ground is coupled to the holder, spacing plates for spacing, at a certain spacing distance, a frame bar having a light-emitting means therein on the back surface of the advertising bill are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the frame, and a light-emitting device having the spacing plates is easily arranged in the insertion protrusions in which the advertising bill is inserted and fixed, thus improving visibility of the advertising bill by the light-emitting means and firmly supporting the advertising banner holder. |
