The fuel pressure sensor (2) comprises several piezoceramic sensor discs (36,37) and an electrode element (38). The electrode element is arranged between the adjacent piezoceramic sensor discs. The sensor discs are arranged in a regular polygon or rectangular shape. The electrode element is exposed for electrical contact at recess of the piezoceramic sensor discs. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing fuel pressure sensor.
