The profile element (20) has light aperture (30) that is provided with light unit (50). A fastening unit (46,48) is provided for fixing the profile element main portion on a wall surface (16,17) or a ceiling surface (18) of space. The light aperture is arranged opposite to the fastening unit, while passing tool (44) through the light aperture. The fastening unit is provided with a mounting hole to allow the passage of wall surface. An independent claim is included for lamp.
