The present invention relates to a photo album creating system using a wizard method with a built-in interaction process and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology which is used to create a photo album featuring a multimedia interaction function using a wizard method on a smart device such as a smartphone or a tablet PC without requiring a user to have advanced programming skills.
