PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system which can flexibly manage conference participation time corresponding to a participant.SOLUTION: The conference system stores participant information including participant identification information of a participant participating in a conference held in a conference server and limit time of the participant, and extension instruction authority information which can specify the participant for whom the limit time can be extended. When the participant who exceeds the limit time exists on the basis of the current time and the limit time of the participant information, the system notifies the participant who can extend the limit time of excess of the limit time, and the limit time of the participant is extended to allow the participant to continuously participate in the conference in accordance with an extension instruction corresponding to the notification. |
