<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece which suppresses a CI value and can be downsized, without deteriorating vibration characteristics, and to provide a piezoelectric device that utilizes such a piezoelectric vibration piece.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece comprises: a base portion 51 formed with piezoelectric material; a plurality of vibrator arms 35 and 36 integrally formed with the base portion and extend in parallel each other; long grooves 33 and 34 formed in a longitudinal direction of each of the vibrator arms; and exciting electrodes formed in the long grooves. Each of the vibrator arms is constituted, in a manner so that its stiffness is highest on a base portion side and its stiffness becomes gradually lower, as going to a tip side.</p> |
