<p>Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, terminal device, and base station for determining a working narrow-band. The method comprises: before accessing a network, a terminal device receiving narrow-band information sent by a base station, the narrow-band information carrying a position of each narrow-band divided by the base station from a system bandwidth; the terminal device performing measurement on each narrow-band according to the position of each narrow-band, to obtain measurement information of each narrow-band; and the terminal device sending, according to the measurement information of each narrow-band, narrow-band indication information to the base station during a random access process, so that the base station determines, according to the narrow-band indication information, a narrow-band used by the terminal device. The technical solution of the present invention solves the problem of determining a narrow-band position where the narrow-band terminal works.</p> |
