PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a time synchronization device that is capable of improving accuracy in time synchronization between wireless devices by reducing an influence of a delay in notification of time information.SOLUTION: A time synchronization device comprises: a time deviation calculation section 220 for comparing time information of a time master received from the time master with internal time of a time salve at the time of the reception of the time information and calculating a time deviation amount of the internal time with respect to the time information; a filter time constant determination section 221 for determining, based on a variation amount calculated from the time deviation amount, whether a filter time constant of a filter used in filter processing of the time deviation amount should be changed; a filter processing section 222 for performing the filter processing of the time deviation amount using the filter time constant; a time deviation estimation section 223 for estimating a time deviation with reference to a value obtained through the filter processing of the time deviation amount; and a slave time setting section 23 for correcting the internal time based on a value obtained as a result of the time deviation estimation by the time deviation estimation section 223. |
