PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station, radio communication system, mobile station parameter value transmission method, and base station parameter value setting method in the radio communication system that allow the mobile station to make multiple base stations change their parameter values in a region near a cell edge.SOLUTION: A mobile station 111 according to the invention is a mobile station 111 for wirelessly communicating with a base station that sets a parameter value according to acquisition of information on the parameter value used when a radio signal is transmitted. The mobile station 111 calculates parameter values of a plurality of base stations on the basis of reception quality of radio signals from the respective base stations, and transmits a radio signal including information on the parameter values of all the multiple base stations to a base station having transmitted a radio signal the reception quality of which satisfies required quality among the multiple base stations.
