<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional array antenna device requires a processing cost for opening a physical hole into a plurality of layers and for combining since a vertical feeding part penetrating through an excitation circuit, a ground layer that grounds the excitation circuit, and a cavity part and reaching a lower part of an antenna is included, and that since an antenna element interval tends to be wide, a grating lobe is generated when the antenna element interval exceeds one wavelength.SOLUTION: The array antenna device includes: a cavity part 1 having a plurality of aperture parts; an excitation circuit 10 containing a feeding probe that radiates an electromagnetic wave of a polarization plane and a transmission line; and a cavity part 30 having a plurality of aperture parts similar to the cavity part 1. The cavity part 1 and the excitation circuit 10 are connected to each other with through-holes.</p> |
