PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculation device and an engine device having the exhaust gas recirculation device, capable of preventing corrosion in an EGR pipe, excellent in maintenance performance of an engine, and capable of reducing the size of the whole engine device.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation device (10) for recirculating a part of exhaust gas flowing through an exhaust passage of an engine (2) to an intake passage includes an EGR pipe (10A) for returning a part of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust passage to the intake passage, and an EGR cooler (10B) capable of cooling the exhaust gas passing through the EGR pipe. The EGR pipe is arranged to bypass a rocker cover (20) of the engine planarly, and is formed to have tilt parts (10A2, 10A3) on both sides while having a top part (10A1) as a boundary longitudinally. |
