PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel in which an industrial design of a spoke part can be altered while securing attachment stability.SOLUTION: A covering layer 30 is configured from a ring covering part 40 for covering a ring core metal part 13, and a spoke covering part 47 for covering a spoke core metal part 20. A spoke part S for connecting a boss part B and a ring part R to each other is configured from plural genuineness spoke parts ST each of which is provided with the spoke core metal part 20 covered by the spoke covering part 47, and plural pseudo spoke parts SP each of which is formed using an extension covering part 45 extended from the ring covering part 40 without provision of the spoke core metal part 20 which connects the ring core metal part 13 and a boss core metal part 15 to each other.
