PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid microarray and a manufacturing method thereof in which a desired nucleic acid probe can be easily immobilized on the nucleic acid microarray, and thereby solving the problem that researchers who use a nucleic acid microarray need to ask a company that has the manufacturing equipment, when they cannot prepare special equipment for manufacturing the nucleic acid microarray and use for research or the like the nucleic acid microarray with a nucleic acid probe they designed, since probes in commercially available microarrays are already immobilized and the researchers are not able to mount the probe they have designed.SOLUTION: To a nucleic acid microarray on which a nucleic acid probe that does not hybridize with a nucleic acid sample to be tested is immobilized, a nucleic acid probe having complementary sequences of the above nucleic acid probe and of a target nucleic acid is hybridized, and thereby the nucleic acid microarray on which the desired nucleic acid probe is immobilized can be easily manufactured. |
