PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level converter for switch control.SOLUTION: A level converter is constituted from a first transistor MP1 and a second transistor MP2 each having a first end connected to a first power supply Vthat supplies a first voltage and receiving signals with the same magnitude and reverse polarity, and a third transistor MN1 and a fourth transistor MN2 each having a first end connected to a third end of the first transistor MP1 and a third end of the second transistor MP2, respectively. A control signal Vis applied to a second end of the third transistor MN1, its reversed signal is applied to a second end of the fourth transistor MN2, and a switch signal Vsw is outputted from the third end of the second transistor MP2 and the first end of the fourth transistor MN2. |
