Provided are a collector, an electrode structure body, an electrical storage component and a collector composition that, when used in an electrode structure body of an electrical storage component such as a nonaqueous electrolyte cell, an electrical double-layer capacitor, or a lithium-ion capacitor, are capable of both improving cell performance by reducing initial (room temperature) interface resistance while also improving safety by means of a PTC function,. Provided is a collector (100) provided with a conductive base material (103) and a resin layer (105) provided on at least one side of the conductive base material (103). The resin layer comprises a paste containing polyolefin emulsion particles (125) and a conductive material (121) applied on the conductive base material (103). The weight of the paste is 0.1-20 g/m2. The porosity of the resin layer (105) is no more than 10% (v/v).
