Provided are a photo-sensitive monomer and a liquid crystal panel. The photo-sensitive monomer uses a fluorine atom to substitute a hydrogen atom of the hard core in the monomer, so as to increase electronegativity of the hard core, reduce the curing voltage and curing time, increase the pre-tilt angle of the liquid crystal molecules, reduce the responding time of the liquid-crystal display, and prevent the phenomena of after-images and non-uniform colour display.
