The supercharger (10) has high and low pressure turbo supercharger parts (14, 16) serially arranged in a flow direction of exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine (13). An exhaust gas manifold (17) and high and low pressure turbines (18, 19) are connected together for guiding the gas.
