<p>Disclosed is a system for frame loss control and retransmission in real-time streaming media uploading, which comprises a video obtaining side and a media server side. The video obtaining side is used for obtaining video scene data in real time, and uploading video data frames to the media server side in real-time and retransmission manners. The media server side is used for receiving the real-time and retransmitted video data frames of the video obtaining side, lively broadcasting, storing and merging the video data frames. Also disclosed is a method for frame loss control and retransmission in real-time streaming media uploading. Through the present invention, on one hand, frames are selectively lost through an application layer, and the lost data frames are put into a retransmission queue, so that the real-time transmission of live broadcast is ensured, and the transmission bandwidth is saved; and on the other hand, the data frames in the retransmission queue are retransmitted through a new connection when the network condition subsequently gets better, so that the integrity of the stored video is ensured, thereby improving the quality of video on demand.</p> |
