PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a rubber wet master batch in which degradation of rubber is suppressed, and stretch at breaking time and tear resistance are excellent; a rubber wet master batch produced by the production method; and a rubber composition including the rubber wet master batch.SOLUTION: A production method of a rubber wet master batch includes: a coagulation process in which a slurry solution including a filler and a dispersion solvent, and a rubber latex solution are subjected to mixing and coagulation, a filler inclusion rubber coagulation object is produced; and a heat process in which heating is performed to 180-200°C by using a single axis extruder, thereby dewatering, dehydration, and plasticization of a filler inclusion rubber coagulation object are performed by one process. A single axis extruder that is used includes a screw; and an external cylinder in which a slit that extends along an external cylinder lengthwise direction (a screw axis direction) is formed on an internal surface, and at least one part of the internal surface of the external cylinder is subjected to blast treatment. |
