<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus including a guide member guiding a sheet to an intermediate transfer belt.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image carrier carrying a toner image printed on the sheet, a transfer member transferring the toner image on the image carrier to the sheet, the guide member guiding the sheet toward a transfer position where the toner image is transferred to the sheet by the transfer member, and a conveyance part conveying the sheet to the guide member. The guide member includes an inclined part located at a downstream end in a sheet conveyance direction in the guide member and inclined to be away from the sheet conveyance direction as it goes to the downstream from the upstream in the sheet conveyance direction and a polarity adjusting surface located on the upstream side of the inclined part in the sheet conveyance direction in the guide part and adjusting the polarity of the sheet by rubbing the printing surface of the sheet conveyed from the conveyance part.</p> |
