<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and base station for selecting channel state information processes for coordinated multi-point users.SOLUTION: The method includes: acquiring traffic load of a radio communication system; and determining different CSI processes to be set by base stations for different load levels by comparing the traffic load with one or more predetermined load thresholds to determine the load level of the radio communication system. The provided method and base station can be adapted to a variety of radio communication systems, provide better system performance regardless of whether the traffic load in a network environment is higher or lower, and effectively reduce complexity in network scheduling when the traffic load is lower.</p> |
