PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurence of impact sounds from a movable iron core which opens and closes a tube.SOLUTION: A solenoid actuator for medical care 10 is operated in a closed state where a tube T for guiding a liquid is flattened out and an open state where the liquid is flowed. A coil case 11 includes a cylindrical part 12 and a bottom wall part 13, and a fixed iron core 16 and a coil 14 are incorporated into the coil case 11. A movable iron core 21 includes a shaft part 25 and a disk part 22. A tube holder 27 is provided at the cylindrical part 12 and the tube T is held by the tube holder 27. At least three impact absorption dampers 41 are provided at the bottom wall part 13. Each impact absorption damper 41 has a protruding part protruding toward the disk part 22.
