In the present invention, a power generation device is provided with a vibration plate, a lower electrode provided on the vibration plate, a piezoelectric body layer comprising a piezoelectric material provided on the lower electrode, an upper electrode provided on the piezoelectric body layer so as to face the lower electrode through the piezoelectric body layer, and a fixing member supporting a fixing end of the vibration plate. The vibration plate supplies compressive stress to the piezoelectric body layer when not in vibration. The power generation device has excellent long-term reliability. |
